I was charmed by the staff, their great welcome, I can't lie. The location suited my needs very well, near public transport. Breakfast includes great food, a very good start for the day. I found the king size bed very comfortable after a long day.

early check-in spacious room lovely staff
I adored the early check-in. the room was spacious! i was very pleased with the clear instructions. It was so helpful. the staff were lovely.
the window wasn't double-glazed. i could hear the planes from early in the morning. it interrupted a bit of my sleep.

My room included quality tea, coffee, and bottled water. It was a thoughtful touch. the bathroom was clean and a good size, which i appreciated. the shower was powerful and refreshing. That was amazing!!!

I must mention henry. He. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive. the pancakes were the best dish. I will remember the taste forever.

the super nice team and helped us with our luggage up the stairs. it WAS good.
the lighting in the bathroom was too dim! there was NO extractor fan. there wasn't cereal on the breakfast menu.

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and professional. Nothing was too much effort. I love the hotel decor it's beautifully done.
The room was a little tired. It did not quite match the images I saw online. I found the breakfast to be quite expensive.

i found the staff very helpful . the free breakfast was a real treat and had some great options. the proximity to the station was a huge plus. i appreciated how close it was to the beautiful gardens!
the tv channel selection was quite limited. i found it difficult to find something to watch.
